The Center for Disease Control lists the most current recommendations and requirements for vaccinations for children. This site also has many useful links including an excellent link regarding necessary healthcare precautions and immunizations for families traveling to foreign countries.
The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia has a comprehensive site which covers all aspects of vaccine safety, recommendations, and the science of vaccines.
Teen Health FX provided a resource for teenage health both for teens and their parents focusing on adolescent health, mental health, relationships, and important teenage topics.
